Return and Refund Policy

 

Hazel & Fox will accept returns and refunds within 21 days of delivery, only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Refunds will be issued on the return of unopened product/s, and we will reimburse you the return delivery cost, in your refund.
 

You should expect to receive your refund within two - four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

**Please Note: Currently due to COVID-19, there are delays within the postage delivery service. Please take this into account when selecting your shipping method.

We only ship in Australia. Overseas is unavailable at the time being.

Orders are shipped from Rural Victoria, Australia - and are posted within 48hrs of the order being placed. 

*Excluding custom orders and pre-order items.

 

Custom orders have a 3 working day turn around.
Please email us (info@hazelandfox.com) prior to ordering if you need it by a certain date.
 

Shipping rates within Australia are as follows;
 ​

• $12.95 Standard shipping through Australia post.
  This option can take up to 10 business days (or more) to arrive depending on where you live. Do not select this option if you need the item/s in a hurry!

• $18.00 Express Post shipping through Australia post.

• FREE Shipping for orders over $100 | Standard delivery only!

• Local Pick-Up from Mansfield, Victoria.
  You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup with the address. Please check your junk email if you haven't heard anything within 12hrs of the order been placed.
   

Please ensure you leave enough time for shipping - or select 'express' if you are unsure or need urgently.  Hazel & Fox will not accept any responsibility for shipping lead times, and will not refund items that arrive later than required. While we will do everything to help, we cannot accept any responsibility for goods once they have been collected by Australia Post, including any loss or damage in transit. These issues must be taken up with Australia Post directly.

Promo Codes

From time to time, we may give you Promo Codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products.
Remember, it’s up to you to enter the code at checkout!

All Hazel & Fox promo codes are valid on subtotal of orders over $5.00 and valid to the expiry date as advertised.
Discount does not apply to shipping. Only orders over $100.00 will receive free 'Standard' shipping.
 

If you’re given a unique Promo Code that is meant just for you (e.g. Hazel & Fox gift vouchers) please keep it secret and don’t let anyone else use it or abuse it, as they are a one time only promo code. Therefor is someone else uses it, we will not refund or provide you with a new promo code and/or gift voucher.

Gift Vouchers 

Hazel & Fox gift vouchers are available to purchase online or in-store.

​Using your e-gift voucher purchased online:
​

• Hazel & Fox e-gift vouchers are only available for online purchases.

• They have a special code created personally for you. You enter this code into the promo/coupon code section of our check-out page. This unique Promo Code is created just for you. Please keep it secret and don’t let anyone else use it or abuse it, as they are a one time only promo code. Therefor is someone else uses it, we will not refund or provide you with a new promo code and / or voucher!

• Valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Strictly no extension of the expiry date will be allowed.

• Any balance remaining on a gift voucher after the expiry date will not be able to be redeemed by the gift voucher holder.

• If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid as per online payment options.

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part of full.

• Gift vouchers can not be used to purchase another gift voucher/s.

• Management / Staff retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.

• We are not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. No replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

• Hazel & Fox gift vouchers are not to be used in connection with any marketing, promotion or advertising activities without prior written consent to us.

Using your gift voucher purchased in-store: ​

• Valid for 12 months from date of purchase. As written on voucher.

• If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid.

• If your purchase is less than the valid voucher, we will consolidate unused balance to a new voucher.
  (Only available for in-store purchase)
