Hazel & Fox will accept returns and refunds within 21 days of delivery,  if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Refunds will be issued on the returned of unopened product and we will reimburse you the return delivery cost, in your refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within two - four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Orders are shipped from Rural Victoria, Australia - and are posted within 48hrs of the order been placed. *Excluding custom orders.

Custom orders have a 3 day turn around.

Shipping rates within Australia are as follows;
 

• $10 Standard shipping through Australia post.
  This option can take up to 10 business days (or more) to arrive depending on where you live. Do not select this option if you need the item/s in a hurry!
• $15 Express Post shipping through Australia post.
• FREE Shipping for orders over $100
• Local Pick-Up from Mansfield, Victoria.
  You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up with the address. Please check your junk email if you haven't heard anything within 12hrs of order been placed.

Please ensure you leave enough time for shipping - or select 'express' if you are unsure or need urgently.  Hazel & Fox will not accept any responsibility for shipping lead times, and will not refund items that arrive later than required. While we will do everything to help, we cannot accept any responsibility for goods once they have been collected by Australia Post, including any loss or damage in transit. These issues must be taken up with Australia Post directly.
